University administration during transformation period: a change of educational paradigm

Abstract: The article considers the role of management in implementing qualitative changes in the instructional process that meet present-day challenges on the example of managerial education. The article presents key areas of improvement for the education paradigm of professional training of managers, with the core being a fundamentally new instructional method.
