Performance criteria in higher education monitoring systems in Russia and abroad

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the Russian higher education monitoring system performance criteria. It describes the rules of the monitoring and main characteristics of higher education system which are evaluated by monitoring performance criteria. It also considers indicators that are used in foreign education monitoring systems to describe analogous characteristics of higher education. The author suggests ideas on using additional indicators for more detailed description of the characteristics of higher education considered in Russian monitoring.
