Abstract:
The article considers the basic functional cost analysis, the use of which in the process of strategic management of the scientific-educational activity of the University contributes to the improvement of its efficiency. It reveals the important role of the expert methods in the management of Technical University internal processes on the example of the Department. The article analyses the results of collective expertise on importance of graduating Department functions of one of the departments of Novosibirsk State Technical University.
