Reform of the higher school: paradoxes and institutional changes stubs

Abstract: Studying the effects of the higher school reform is given from the point of view of conflict analytic approach based on the teacher's opinions, their perceptions of own socio-economic status and profession prestige. Social inequality as a way of existence of universities hierarchical structures and teacher's social deprivation observed in the low income regions provincial universities reveals the ineffectiveness of the control system, reducing the stability of the institution's social space, the deterioration of teacher's psychological well-being, the exhaustion of the action potential non-monetary academic rents and growth of the middle class.
