Management redundancy and its role in enhancing the professionalism of university management

Abstract:
Effective implementation of processes of management of the University and its structural divisions is to create and work with a reserve of the managerial personnel, specially formed group of workers, appropriate to its qualities the requirements of the heads of the certain level of the past, as a rule, the selection, the special managerial and professional training, achieved positive results in their work and recommended for promotion to managerial positions universities. The article analyzes the results of the monitoring of managerial staff of universities, and recommendations on the formation and organization of work with the reserve on the nomination of the higher educational institutions.
