Vocational education in the system of labour force provision for the modernized economy

Abstract: The article provides a review of economic and organizing aspects of the situation of disbalance between the labour market of highly skilled workers and the services market of vocational education. The authors substantiate the necessity of priority development of vocational pedagogical education and the need of applying innovative models of training labour force.
