Ineffective university: myth and reality

Abstract:
Efficiency monitoring of higher education institutions generates false conclusions: the training of specialists, demanded by modernized economy isn’t a main direction of university activity. The financial and commercial results activity of higher education institution becomes a priority. In the article principles of innovative development of higher education in Russia are formulated that will allow smoothing a contradiction between personnel requirements of a labor market and a consumer demand for the educational markets.
