The students’ social competence training in the course of the extra-curricular activities

Abstract: This article is dedicated to the analysis of the influence of students’ social competence to the success rate in their future profession. The authors analyse different approaches to professional success rate, considering social competence as the main agency. On the ground of studing the influence of extra-curricular activities to forming as elements of students’ social competence as understanding of their values and getting ahead motivation, the authors have concluded that the success rate is connected with the social competence.
