The high technical educational institutions graduates employment: monitoring and adjustment

Abstract: It’s shown that the modernized high technical education system’s effective promote to graduates job placement can be achieved through the high technical educational institutions, students and factories interactions organization; highly skilled experts with an individual set of the professional competences joint training. The labor market monitoring methods should be coordinated to the interaction purposes and problems. The KNRTU-KAI experiment of graduate’s employment adjustment mechanisms formation is considered in that paper.
