Abstract:
This article deals with complex information policy of the university which covers different sides of campus life. It is analyzed university practice of regulatory documents creation accessible for the public. Careful attention is paid to the university's relations with the massmedia. These relations are recognized in regulations and rules for university's employees. It is also presented VSUES experience in principles formation and implementation of media policy.
