Abstract: Foresight results concerning future of Russian higher education in the time horizon to 2030 are presented. Baseline trends and factors defining opportunities and limitations for Russian higher education development are identified. New options of higher education mission and functions in society are identified based on large-scale Delphi. Groups (packets) of perspective technologies that will be used for educational, research and innovation activities modernization are defined.
