Abstract: It's shown that the association of highest technical educational institutions, industrial corporations, separate factories and business can base on the diversification and structuring of different purposes and tasks. The quasioptimum interaction scheme can base on the scientific, educational and innovative cooperation directions uniform complex and on the interested parties internal processes rates coordination. The educational process organization block and modular system as the possible interaction complex scheme mechanism providing is offered.
