Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to illuminate main tendencies in forming the human capital in the light of Educational Reform in Russia, which was initiated by the Bologna Process. The study applies to the problems of universities as well as to issues of labour-market adaptation. The relevance of implementation of human capital managing system is considered in the network of educational changes
