Working out and introduction of education quality control standards in higher school

Abstract: There are some questions and answers which allow to understand what education quality control standards are, why it is necessary to project, approve and revise them, what documents should be worked out in higher educational institutions? What principles should one base upon in projecting of an education quality control standards system? How often is it necessary to revise the standards? What should be done in HEI in order student evaluation corresponds to requirements specified for intrainstitutional systems of education quality assurance?
