Abstract:
The comparative analysis of Russian and German higher education statistics in multi-level degree qualification system implementation and its transparency for the key stakeholders is worked out in the article. The authors reveals the main problems of Russian official higher education statistics and the differencies between their transparency. The proposals for the higher education transparencys improvement both federal and institutional levels are offered.
