Abstract: Paper is devoted to topical issues of the process under the approach for organizing and managing the activities of higher education. Cyclical processes are considered extra-curricular, organizational, the conditions of their implementation at the university, as well as the principles of the process approach, which is based on the entire program of extracurricular activities management.
