The priority of economy: forecasting of needs whith personnel with higher vocational education is considered

Abstract: In this study the problem of finding the needs of priority modernization and technological development (PMTD) of Russian economy with personnel with higher vocational education is considered. Prognostic estimate of PMTD labour needs was counted based on the methodology of forecasting the needs of economy in personnel with vocational education, which was developed by the Budget monitoring center at Petrozavodsk state university. A thorough study of supply and demand on the labour market was carried for every PMTD based on both the professional and qualification structure and volume of specialists training for each field of PMTD and for Russia as a whole
