Abstract: The article analyzes the information flow in business processes manage processes of study students in universities. As a result of analyzing was chosen information flow with peaks loads and for it was proposed formal model. Bar code technology was used for automate business processes. These methodological and algorithmic decisions were used in the subsystem  Dean MIREA and their efficiency was given by the results of experimental evaluation.
