Analysis of postgraduate education system activity as a basic institution of higher scientific qualification personnel training

Abstract: The role of institute of postgraduate study as basic element of reproducing system of higher scientific qualification personnel is considered. It is presented two approaches to calculation of activity efficiency of postgraduate study system. Dynamics of efficiency indicator taking into account defence of master's theses by the persons who have ended postgraduate study without representation of the dissertationis analysed. Comparison of structure of master's theses defence and higher scientific qualification personnel in a cut of sectors of economy and science areas is spent.
