Abstract:
A process approach to the design and realization of university educational programs in the competence form is considering. The structure of the competence model of the graduate should reflect a hierarchy of goalsetting and achieve results at each stage of the educational process. We propose a process model of learning, consisting of a set of interrelated processes of formation of the stated competencies.
