Components of quality management of education services in university and process approach

Abstract: In the given article the features of educational institution activity with the introduced system of quality management is stated, the research of a methodological basis of a control system by quality of educational services is introduced, the system which has included functions, purposes, methods, subjects, objects of quality management of educational services, and also the organizational structure of a high school constructed on the basis of the process approach is presented.
