Abstract: In article missions, strategic directions of development of national research Mordovian state university of a name of N.P.Ogarev which are taken as a principle workings out of the program of its development till 2015 are considered. The program contains a complex Ð²Ð·Ð°Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑƒÐ²Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… actions in the field of educational, research, international, humanitarian activity of high school.
