Dynamic assessment of students' research competence in the management system of students' scientific research work

Abstract: Transition to the competence approach of Russian education system has shifted from the knowledge, skills toward the learner's competencies acquirement. The author supposes that research competence plays a leading role in the rapidly growing innovation economy. The article offers a comprehensive assessment of researching competence to help improve the controllability of the system of scientific research work of students at the university
