The correlation of university organizational culture and professional education quality

Abstract: The goal of the article is an attempt to correlate university organizational culture and professional education quality, researching internal and external factors influencing education quality. The authors analyze the different education quality conceptions. In the article the authors try to correlate the elements of university organizational culture and the elements of professional education quality. Also in the article there is done the research of staff and students perception of the university, its organizational culture, their satisfaction degree of professional education quality in the Siberian Academy of Public Administration.
