EFFECTIVENESS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF UNIVERSITIES

Abstract: Most universities are financed through budgetary resources and may receive additional income from extra-budgetary activities. The paper proposes a new grouping of the levels forming the financial base of budgetary institutions. This will more accurately assess the effectiveness of the functioning of institutions of higher education.
