Abstract: The subject of the article by rector of MESI is a theoretical model of management of educational establishment regarded as an economical and social system. The impact of the information society on a conceptual model of educational activities is revealed. New methods of management and decision-making, proven tools and techniques for management and provision of educational process in a university under transformation are proposed. The deduced conclusion exposes the affordability and effectiveness of implementation of the concept exposing management of university integrated into the information society.
