Abstract:
On the basis of sociological research, which conducted in 2008-2010 in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region by sociological laboratory of the Ural University, main factors, which affect to the choice of students' profession and future career, are analyzing in the article. These data make it possible to build a policy to recruit young professionals to view the content of representations of students on the desired job.
