Creativity as an integrating tool of key competences for lifelong learning

Abstract:
The issues of the competence approach in the system of continuous education are examined. Key Competences for Lifelong Learning of a European Framework are presented. Stimulating action of internationalization for perfecting of research and educational processes are underlined. For the first time integrating role of creativity for key competences development is suggested.
