Commercialization results of scientific-technical activities of higher education: goals, forms, problems

Abstract:
The development of the innovative capacity of universities in Russia due to the necessity of commercialization results of scientific and technical activities, i.e. the transition from the subjective position of the object in that part of the innovation system, which is the innovation potential and the need to implement it. At present, laboratories, institutes and universities around the research community all over the world are increasingly evaluated in terms of cost-effective use of technology in global markets and receive strategic competitive advantage in the long term. Addressing the commercialization of scientific and technological activities of universities, their degree is elaborated and implementation not only satisfies, but does not correspond to the present state of the innovative capacity of higher education in Russia and the national economy.
