Abstract:
The article is devoted to a problem of the effectiveness increase of postgraduate system of the scientific manpower training, as primary factor of innovative development of Russia. Modernization of postgraduate education is possible due to perfection of structural and substantial relations in the education system. The structure of Russian and foreign postgraduate system of the scientific manpower training was analyzed. A number of the objective problems inherent to the Russian postgraduate system is denoted. The basic conditions, system characteristics and principles of Russian postgraduate education perfection are formulated. The basic directions and tasks of Russian postgraduate education system modernization are denoted.
