Abstract:
In this article substantiated the necessity of classical chair goals changing in connection with the reform of the university management system. The fundamental principle of transformation of the traditional type of institutional culture and organizational structure of university management to a new quality is an interdisciplinary. That means the transition from strategy of preferential «administration» to self-sustained horizontal connections between educational units. Reasons of this process: modern requests of employers, new educational standards of competent approach, complex character of projects, introduction of individual trajectory of education are analyzed. Authors prove that the chair format limits abilities of two-levels model of education «baccalaureate - magistracy».
