Abstract: Efficiency of inventory of non-material actives of the organizations depends on quality of the legislation. The president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev marks necessity of perfection of the legislation, including on intellectual property. In article it is shown, what not all innovations in intellectual property sphere can be estimated as positive.
