Abstract:
The proposed paper devoted to the use of benchmarking as a tool to ensure the competitiveness of educational services (ES) of the university and the development of competitive benchmarking techniques for ES in quality management system of Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Informatics («SIBSUTIS»). As a competitor was selected The Omsk State Technical University (OmSTU).
