Abstract:
In connection with coming into force of the fourth part of the civil code, codification of laws on intellectual property, interest of the enterprises and the organisations to the copyright, as to one of mechanisms of protection of results of intellectual activity has considerably grown. Authors of article make offers on perfection of the current legislation for the purpose of realisation of the valid protection of scientific products according to basic international agreements.
