Abstract: Main concepts including aims, objectives, and landmarks of fulfillment of education development strategy for the period by 2020 are considered. Fundamental strategic aim of educational system development and the absence of achievement approaches are outlined. Correlation between formulated aims and predicted results and main strategy realization reference points is defined.
