INTEGRAL CONCEPT OF THE MANAGEMENT AT THE INNOVATIVE UNIVERSITY ON THE BASE OF KNOWLEDGE

Abstract: The article examines the challenges of Russian universities in the conditions of the knowledge economy. The author discusses the innovative nature of the activities of universities to develop and implement management models. She also describes the transition of university function of management change into their accomplishments, a new paradigm of governance through institutional knowledge. In the article the author proposes a systematic approach to managing innovative university on the basis of knowledge. She points out the concept of corporate and institutional knowledge of a high school.
