University and R&D systems of MEDA countries

Abstract: On the basis of primary information over university and R&D systems of MEDA countries collected on websites of MEDIBTIKAR project and Spanish cybermetric laboratory, comprehensive and comparative analysis of these systems was done. Universities and R&D centers included accordingly in TOP - 5000 and Top-1000 of best Universities and R&D centers of the world on webometric ranking were identified. Distribution of R&D centers of MEDA countries according fields of sciences was received. This research presents the interest for postsoviet Universities and R&D organizations, which are finding partners in MEDA regions for participation in FP7 projects.
