Abstract: The given article shows the ways of optimization of the processes of the acceptance of administration decisions in account for increasing the efficiency and authenticity of the acceptiong decisions. The model of the optimization system of the acceptance of administration decisions at the staff department of the nigh educational institution and also the methods of processing the document as the object of management are offered in this article.
