Abstract:
The authors analyze the main problems of academic mobility development in the Russian Universities and propose measures for effective management of this important element of the international integration of higher education. Working on the project «Summarizing the experience of the implementation of the principles of Bologna process in the Russian universities», implemented by the National Training Foundation the authors developed the general recommendations how to manage the academic exchange programs at the higher education institutions and proposed the typical models of academic mobility management effective for the methodical maintenance of the mobility, fundraising, making the system of informing and adaptation of the participants of mobility. The authors also describe the developed and approved system of evaluation data which is the important instrument of the academic mobility management.
