Abstract: The article is devoted sociological polling results of experts, delegates from administrative power and university directors of Kemerovo region about questions of formation regional system of social-economic support of higher school. The author is considered the main direction of support, reasons of its provision, social characteristics of effectiveness this aid and prospect of development.
