Everybody needs the dean ? students and their parents, teachers and chairmen, pro? rectors and rectors, employers and journalists. What is he? A teacher or a scientist? Perhaps he is a manager, economist or legal expert? Professor S.D. Reznik, a famous teacher and scientist, the author of number of works about Management in the University, about the Dean?s job.
