Abstract:
The authors of the article consider the experience of Kemerovo State University to illustrate the importance of internal auditing within a quality management system for performance evaluation of organization departments, department heads, and teaching staff. Internal auditing within a quality management system is aimed at making managerial decisions and promoting a higher institution development. Additionally, the article presents the analysis of present-day Higher School in Russia and discusses the ways to carry out reforms.
