Abstract:
The following article presents the analysis of two models of universitys self-evaluation. The idea of the second approach was suggested by Dr. Tito Konti. It is oriented for reaching the strategic priorities of an university and may be the real mechanism to improve quality of Higher Education in Learning Organization.
