ENDOWMENT: NEW STEP AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR RUSSIAN EDUCATION

Abstract: Application of endowment, or, also called,  resource capital is rapidly spreading new practice in Russia. The author of this article considers the projects of Saint-Petersburg European University to use this source of financing, like foreign educational institutions do, but in the context of Russian reality.
