Abstract: This article deals with the issues of organization of the finance planning, monitoring and analysis of the HR management as applied to the nowadays activities of educational institutions. They include: the acquisition of extra rights to determine the strategy; the possibility to conduct educational activity on a fee-paid basis as well as for-profit activities; setting up of the volume and the cost of the services; the increase of the responsibility for the outputs, the necessity to monitor the educational market and to position the university there.
