Abstract: Compiled by University Sains Malaysia, Mahathir on Science and Technology: A Commemorative Volume in Conjunction with the Conferment of the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science states that in the academy world, there is no better way to recognize the heritage than to publish it for public records. This leads to the publication of this book, which puts a public record of a statesman’s legacy and its passion for science and technology. His perspective on science and technology is clinical and merciful because he is trained as a medical doctor. According to him, science and technology must give public interest a way for society and the world to be better.
