Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a heterogeneous disease in which the clinical presentation and prognosis vary according to the phenotype [1]. In the last years, one of the phenotypes of COPD, that is recognized as the Asthma-COPD Overlap (ACO) has received increasing attention.
