Abstract: Objective: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a heterogeneous group of metabolic disorders characterized by persistent hyperglycaemia. The aim of this research work is to gather scientific information about the possibility to utilize the dichloromethane leaf extract of Barringtonia racemosa as an agent of antidiabetic drug.
