Abstract: Obesity is a condition with excessive and abnormal fat accumulation in the body. Overweight and obesity is now a widespread problem and presents as a risk factor for chronic diseases, like diabetes, heart diseases and cancers [1]. Mainly, a population measure of obesity is the body mass index (BMI), a person’s weight (kilogram) divided by the square of his or her height (meters) [2]. Normally, individual with BMI equal to or more than 30 is considered obese [2]. Obesity is a worldwide problem and major risk factor for multiple disease complications like insulin resistance.
