Abstract: A research entitled “formulation of a multifunctional flora composite and the roles of life style in the prevention and management of Cancer, Diabetes, Blood Pressure and Stroke†was carried out using the leaves, fruits, rhizomes and other parts of five medicinal plants namely: Garcinia cola, Vernonia amygdalina, Ocimum gratissimum, Psidium guajava and moringa oleifera. The research was aimed at developing a multifunctional composite, a bio-activator or a supplement from the above listed plants with its natural content and form unaltered to double as a food and a drug at the same time by performing bioactive functions, playing nutritional roles and balancing the human body chemistry through its nutritional and medicinal applications with a minimum or no alteration to its natural bioactive forms or nutritional contents.
